Cross-border documentation
For cross-border land freight, the workflow in OTMS generates the supporting commercial invoice, packing list, delivery order, and arrival notice tied to a single job number, and supports customs broker handoff at the relevant border post — aligned with the simplification principles of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement.
Tracking
Where the operating carrier provides telematics or status feeds, MoloChain ingests them and shows milestone events: pickup, in-transit, border crossing, arrival, and delivery. When no telemetry is available, manual milestone updates by the carrier are supported.
